There’s not a better way to celebrate Huy’s birthday than going to see his favorite animal. Not just one bear, but a plethora of them! We both left with an even greater appreciation of bears and how awesome they are.
Bearizona is a drive-thru wildlife park located in Williams, AZ, and it is an absolute must see if you are in the area and love animals as much as we do. You get to enjoy a variety of wildlife, from bison and big horn sheep, to wolves and otters, and most importantly, BEARS!
Visiting Bearizona was a highlight of our trip and we will 100% be back again.
After our full day at Bearizona, we decided to keep the adventure going! We rolled over to historic Williams, Arizona.
Williams is the last town on Route 66 to be bypassed by I-40 and maintains much of it’s old town charm. We wandered along Route 66 popping in and out of shops and ended the day with a ride on the zipline!
We then headed back to Flagstaff where we enjoyed a delicious dinner at Whisk and Whiskey and dessert at Crumbl Cookies.
